I selected an organic estate, where you'll learn more about the wine production, the art of tasting & try their best gastronomic cuvées. After that, we'll play a traditional game of pétanque & share a gourmet picnic that I'll prepare for you with local saucisson, olives, goat cheese, figs, lavender honey, herbs & 3 different olive oils. It will be the perfect moment to open a delicious rosé from another winery made with totallly different grape varieties.
