• In case Israeli border police refuse traveler entry or delay them at border, agency will not responsible
• Passport copy must be provided before 48 hours to arrange permit for the car and driver to meet traveler inside border
• This transfer is from Allenby Border / King Hussain Border except on Saturday from Wadi Araba border / Eilat border
• Please note that one standard bag per traveler is allowed during the tour. If you bring additional or oversized luggage, extra charges may apply due to vehicle space limitations.
• We will do our best to provide a driver who speaks your preferred language, depending on availability
• Electronic Travel Authorization must be apply before travel

• Complimentary waiting time at the border is limited to 45 minutes. Beyond this period, additional charges will apply.
