• Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
• Not recommended for pregnant travelers
• Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
• Suitable for all physical fitness levels
• A minimum of 1 person per booking is required
• Children under 5 years of age may ride with a parent for free.
• Refunds will not be issued if tour/activity is missed due to late or non-arrival of cruise ship
• Maximum weight 200 LBS per person
• Pick up time is between 45 minutes and 20 minutes prior to tour departure time. Please call or e-mail to confirm your pick up time and location
• If you have your own transportation you need to be at the ranch 20 minutes prior to tour departure time
• Please call to confirm your pickup time or arrival time if you have your own transportation. This can vary by season
• The driver will wait no longer than 5 minutes after pick up time. Rescheduling comes with extra cost, if there is availability
• Refunds will not be issued if tour / activity is missed due to late arrival at the ranch or pick up location or NO-SHOW
