Our self-guided hike takes you down into a valley famous for its ancient mills that once made everything from rope to spoons. You will see how people thrived hundreds of years ago. You are in for a real treat! How much time do I need? The Ravenna Gorge Hike itself is only 8 km long – but we have included lots of stops, therefore it can take half a day before you get back to the starting point – depending on your fitness level. If you are a fit person, calculate 3-4 hours round-trip. If you take breaks, have a picnic on the waterfalls or just want to take it easy, consider more time.
