From the Petrovaradin Fortress, you will have an unforgettable view of the entire Novi Sad city. Walking through the oldest streets of ”Serbian Athens”, admiring magnificent baroque, classical, neo-gothic buildings, and colorful facades, you will fall in love with its grace atmosphere and its inhabitants. Pause for traditional lunch is planned around 1 pm (own expense). We will show you the oldest national park in Serbia – Fruska Gora. While enjoying the landscapes of its beautiful slopes, we will visit the monastery Krusedol or monasery New Hopovo. Our next stop will be the small town of Sremski Karlovci where we will visit the oldest high school in Serbia, the famous fountain "4 lions", and the Orthodox cathedral. At the end of this exciting adventure, we are going to the local wine cellar. The red one was a favorite drink of Empress Maria Theresa and the legend says it was sold on Titanic as well!
