Our boat will also be stopped at a four-decade old noodle village and we will participate in the making of rice noodles the traditional way. Then, we will get on the car and drive for an hour. We cruise into the meandering canals of Lung Ngoc Hoang Nature Reserve, which is surrounded by water hyacinth and water lettuce covering the surface. This allows you to fully immerse yourself in the forest's enchanting atmosphere while observing the varied flora and fauna that thrive within its bounds.
