• Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
• Suitable for all physical fitness levels
• This a private transfer, only you and your party will travel together.
• Partial cancellations/refunds are not available for roundtrip transportation services.
• Our services operate from 5:00AM to 11:59PM, if your arrival and/or departure falls outside these times please reach out to confirm availability.
• Ferries from Chiquila to Holbox operate from 6:30AM to 9:30PM. From Holbox to Chiquila from 6:30AM to 8:30PM. Please note these schedules may be subject to change, plan acoordingly.
• For any last-minute changes and/or delays, please reach out immediately, please note all last minute changes are subject to availability and can´t be guaranteed.
• Airport Pickup: Your transportation will be ready at exactly 30 minutes after your flight landing time and can wait up to 60 minutes after your flight landing time.
• Hotel Pickup: Please be ready and waiting at the lobby of your hotel, drivers are only allowed to wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the confirmed pickup time.
• Please note pickups to/from multiple airport terminals/hotels are not allowed, pickup times are based on traffic/road limitations, any requests for changes will be reviewed and accepetd or rejected on supplier´s sole discretion.
• Transfer services are not exchangable for any other services/routes.
