Know Before You Go

• Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
• Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
• Suitable for all physical fitness levels
• Minimum age to drink alcohol is 18 years.
• The dock tax must be paid upon arrival at the dock.
• For the safety, the snorkel activity may be cancelled due to bad weather.
• To participate in the snorkel you must be at least 10 years old and be in good physical condition. Pregnant women nor people older than 60 years old cannot participate in the snorkeling activity.
• "All Inclusive" and "Premium Full Experience" options include transportation.
• The "Premium Full Experience" does not include the buffet lunch nor access to a Beach Club. Clients go directly to the center of Isla Mujeres.
