When the stars come out, the jungle comes alive with the nighttime adventures that highlight the Riviera Maya natural beauty. You’ll get your adrenaline shot while you are rafting, swimming in a red-lit underground river, driving an ATV, falling in the highest and longest zip-lines in Riviera Maya and also you can swim through underground caves. It’s an all-encompassing outdoor adventure that is the perfect way to enjoy in Cancun, Playa del Carmen or The Riviera Maya. In this attraction the transportation is included. • Zipline requirements: Minimum height/weight is 4.5 feet (137 cm) or 88 lbs (40 kg); the maximum weight is 300 lbs (136 kg); maximum waist width is 51 inches (130 cm) and leg width 25 inches (65 cm)
• Wear or bring shoes and clothes that can get wet, and bring a change of dry clothes that you can keep in the on-site lockers; please use chemical-free insect repellent
• Important: Children must be accompanied by an adult all the time.

• Child prices are height dependent. Children over 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the adult price. Children between 3.2 feet (1 meter) and 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the child price. All children under 3.2 feet (1 meter) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat.
• Children from 0 to 4 years are free. From 5 to 11 years pay the child price. 12 years and over, pay the adult rate.
• All requests for changes, cancellations and/or refunds on bookings must be in the 24-hour or more window prior to the visit date.
• To confirm your exact pick-up time and meeting point, please contact us at least 24 hours before your visit. From Monday to Friday, you may reach us through your reservation messages or by phone. On Saturdays and Sundays, our team is available by phone only to ensure a faster response and better assistance.
• People with food allergies must ask to the staff about the ingredients of the food
• In the event of having symptoms such as cough, sore throat, runny nose, and/or red eyes and a temperature exceeding 100.4 F (38 C), our staff reserves the right to refuse to board our transportation or to enter our facilities.
