Cardiff: Waterfalls, Mountains & Castles Day Tour

Stop by the town of Merthyr Tydfil to take photos at Cyfarthfa Castle, located in a picturesque park. Enter the National Park to visit Henrhyd Falls, the tallest and most spectacular waterfall in South Wales. Proceed to the heart of Bannau Brycheiniog and enjoy a short stop at the second oldest tree in Wales, a stunning yew tree that is 3018 years old. Stop in Brecon town, where you can admire the canals—voted the prettiest in Britain. Visit the Bannau Brycheiniog Visitor Centre and enjoy a pleasant stroll surrounded by beautiful hills and stunning mountains. Marvel at Caerphilly Castle, the largest in Wales and a UNESCO World Heritage site OR at Castell Coch, the Welsh fairy tale castle. Entry is optional; our guide will provide you with alternative options. Please note that the visit to the waterfalls will involve a 30 minutes walk. The path may be steep and muddy, so we recommend wearing boots and rainproof clothing.

• The walk to the waterfalls takes approximately 20 minutes each way. The path can be steep, uneven, and occasionally muddy, so we recommend wearing appropriate footwear.
• Not recommended for children under five years of age.
• Marvel at Caerphilly Castle or Castell Coch. Our guide will decide where to stop based on the timing.
• We suggest securing a personal activity insurance plan to guard against potential income loss in the unlikely event of an accident during a walk.
• Kindly be aware that large luggage and cabin bags/trolleys are not allowed. We only permit backpacks or bags up to 40 cm × 20 cm × 25 cm, to ensure the safety and comfort of our passengers.
