Intermediate Caving Adventure in the Peak District

Our intermediate caving course offers an immersive, hands-on experience for those looking to push their caving skills. This course includes vertical challenges like abseiling underground and using caving ladders to explore higher, more remote cave sections. You’ll also go deeper into larger cave systems, navigating narrow squeezes and technical crawls, which require both physical and mental focus. Unlike show caves, you'll experience real wild caving in natural, rugged systems. With a full day of caving, you’ll refine your skills in a challenging environment. Small group sizes ensure personalised attention from experienced instructors, who guide you through advanced techniques and provide insights into cave geology. By the end of the day, you'll gain the confidence and skills to tackle more complex cave systems and progress in your caving journey.
