Sauna Ritual of the Lady of the Mine Experience

The Lady of the Mine must be honored. Three knocks on the rock to announce your arrival—a tradition dating back to the 1400s and still practiced today. The mine is a space for balance between her and us. The ritual begins with this respect, accompanied by Swedish and Sami music. The heat in the sauna is intense, so powerful that our bodies steam as we step out into the crystal-clear, drinkable water, which glows with a turquoise hue due to its high lime content. The "Lady of the Mine Sauna Ritual" offers not just physical relaxation but also a spiritual connection to the mine’s history and its folklore, blending ancient traditions with a unique sensory experience underground.
