Due to these safety limitations, children under the age of 5 are not permitted under any circumstances, including situations where a car seat or booster seat is provided. This policy is strictly enforced for the safety of your family, our drivers, and all other guests. Guests who arrive with children under the minimum age will not be permitted to participate, and no refunds, rescheduling, or credits will be issued. • Assumption of Risk: You understand that participation in an open-air vehicle tour involves inherent risks, including but not limited to sudden stops, turns, traffic conditions, and environmental exposure. By participating, you voluntarily assume all such risks for yourself and any minor in your party who meets the age requirement. Compliance Responsibility: You certify that all members of your party meet the minimum age requirement. Failure to comply will result in denial of service without refund, rescheduling, or credit.
