Pasta, Pesto and Tiramisu class Riomaggiore, Cinque Terre

Do you like Pasta, Pesto and Tiramisù? This is the right class for you to learn how to make from scratch our local handmade PASTA (Trofie), their condiment (PESTO Genovese) and, to forget the stairs you took to get to my kitchen, the creamy TIRAMISU', according to the traditional technique and to the recipe of my grandmother. The experience takes place in my XVI century private home in Riomaggiore (Cinque Terre) located in the village center where my dog Ettore and I will welcome you with a glass of prosecco. After few steps you can appreciate the stunning view of the village and the sea from the roof terrace on the 3rd floor of the building. The characteristic colored tower-houses are built following the steep orography of the hill and give a fantastic glance above all from the sea.

• the Riomaggiore train station is about 10 minutes walk from my apartment
• the Riomaggiore public parking area (3.5€/hour) is about 10 minutes walk from my apartment
• the Riomaggiore harbour is 10-15 minutes walk from my apartment
• the time is not flexible and over 15 minutes delay the class is considered cancelled (without refund). NO EXCEPTIONS.
• This class is NOT suitable for VEGANS, CELIACS or people with SEVERE FOOD ALLERGIES
• In case of last minute communications of FOOD INTOLERANCE OR ALLERGY will still be allowed to participate but nothing will be given to eat.
