• This is an entry ticket to Al Maha Transit Lounge, not include Meet & Assist Service and pickup service.
• The service content and operation of the lounge are subject to adjustment or change without prior notice.
• Reclining chairs, shower facilities and family or quiet areas are available on a first come, first served basis. Please note, sleeping facilities are not available in the lounge. Currently, Al Maha Lounge does not offer a pre-booking priority service.
• During the peak season, access may be restricted due to capacity constraints. You may have to wait in line to get in. And food supplies may not keep up. Please be patient and understanding.
• The ticket has a short validity period, and non-refundable. If it's a long time before your travel date, we usually make a reservation 2-3 days in advance, just in case of your flight change or cancellation.
