Escape Xperience in Gouda: The Legend of Jacoba
With us you will experience cities and musea in a new, fun and interactive way. It is self-guided, so you can start whenever you are ready. Using the app, you will walk through the city or a museum, while solving puzzles and riddles. Each game has a compelling storyline, where you help the main character escape or solve an urgent mission. This City Xperience takes you back to the year 1800 in Gouda. Ans van Kempen is a widow with 3 children who is about to be evicted. She now has a final chance to get the money she needs. An ancestor of her husband worked for countess Jacoba in her castle at the border of the city. He hid gold bars that she gave him in a secret tunnel below the castle. He left instructions on how to find the tunnel, but so far nobody has been able to. Will you manage to find the entrance within 2 hours? The game will lead you to 20 locations: the most famous sites of the city and lesser known sites. The Experience is available in Dutch.
