Hallstatt and Salzburg Day Tour from Vienna with Pick-up

This tour invites you to experience Austrian culture, history, and music, following in the footsteps of Mozart. The journey begins in Salzburg, Mozart’s birthplace and a city of baroque elegance and musical heritage. During a guided introduction, you’ll see key highlights such as Salzburg Cathedral, Mirabell Gardens, and views of Hohensalzburg Fortress, followed by around 3 hours of free time to explore the old town at your own pace. Next, we travel to Hallstatt, the famous “Pearl of the Alps” and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. With approximately 2 hours of free time, enjoy its narrow streets, traditional houses, and breathtaking lakeside scenery. Optional Stop: Traunkirchen (Seasonal) In warmer seasons and when daylight allows, a short stop in Traunkirchen may be included. Please note: this stop is not available during winter, as shorter daylight hours require us to focus on the main highlights — Salzburg and Hallstatt.
