Dynjandi Waterfall in a Supertruck

Get ready to chase waterfalls—and a bit of adventure! Hop into a SuperTruck and join us as we tackle the wild backcountry roads of the Westfjord Highlands, Iceland style. We'll kick things off in Ísafjörður, navigating through not one but two underground tunnels (yes, we're going under mountains), soaring over scenic peaks, and hugging the edges of stunning fjords. Our star attraction? The majestic Dynjandi waterfall, roaring proudly in Arnarfjörður fjord. We’ll park for about an hour, giving you the option to hike up to its base for a closer look—or just enjoy the view from the parking lot if you're feeling more “relax and snack” than “hike and sweat.” If conditions allow, we’ll cap off our trip with a drive over one of the stunning mountain roads, either Hrafnseyrarheiði or Álftamýrarheiði, open only in the summer for the bravest adventurers. If the roads are a no-go, we’ll tunnel our way back to Ísafjörður like the subterranean explorers we are.
