• If the tour is extended due to force majeure such as traffic conditions or weather and part of the itinerary has to be canceled, please contact customer service. We will offer a partial refund or other appropriate measures.
• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the departure/start time. The tour will depart/start on schedule even if you are late.
• Meeting and dismissal times may vary depending on the season and field conditions on the day. The shop will contact you with the meeting place and time the day before the tour.
• The tour operates in the rain. However, it may be canceled if we judge that safety at the field cannot be ensured.
• Please change into clothes that you don't mind getting wet before meeting.
• Please use the restroom before joining. (There are no restrooms near the site.)
• If you will be late, please be sure to contact us in advance.
• Warm showers are available near the Ishigaki Port Ferry Terminal. Please ask your guide if you would like to use one.
• Participants must be aged 5 to 59. The tour is guided in Japanese or English.
• The tour ends back at Ishigaki Port. There is no direct transfer to Taketomi Island. Round-trip ferry tickets will be provided, but no guide accompanies you on the island.
• Ages 5-59 only; not suitable for people weighing 100 kg or more
