• Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller

• Transportation options are wheelchair accessible
• Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
• Prior to your travel date, your hotel details must be advised to tour operator so they may arrange your pickup. If you do not indicate this at the time of booking, you will be required to call and advise them of this information directly. • Accessible tour requests require at least 72 hours’ advance notice and must be arranged through the contact options on our official website.
• The Columbia Icefield Discovery Centre does not have dedicated luggage storage facilities. However, guests are welcome to leave their luggage in their vehicles if they are driving, as parking is available on-site. If traveling without a vehicle, it is recommended they bring only essential items for the tour.
