• Visitors are required to store their shopping bags, photography equipment, large backpacks, and strollers at the luggage drop off area located after the check-in
• Photography equipment such as tripods, monopods, or anything similar are not allowed
• All visitors, baggage and personal items must pass through metal detectors at the security check point
• Visitors shall at all times adhere to and obey the signs, rules and regulations, and instructions from the authorities of the PETRONAS Twin Towers
• Visitors can order additional food from menu provided (additional payment required)
• Dress code Smart Casual (No torn jeans, slippers, round collar T-shirts)
• If non compliance of dress code, admission is not allowed and no refund
