Rome On Your Own Bus from Civitavecchia

Departure from the port of Civitavecchia by bus at 9.40 am. Arrival in Rome approx. at 11:00 am Departure from Rome  at 4:00 pm Arrival in Civitavecchia at 5:30 pm You can enjoy the historical and artistic beauties of Rome in complete freedom, choosing the places that better suit your emotions and needs.  A member of our staff will accompany you to Rome and provide you a free map. The drop off/pick up location in Rome will be in front of the Justice Palace (near Vatican and the historical centre of Rome). How to find us: Upon debarkation, please take one of the free shuttle buses from your cruise ship until the meeting point in LARGO DELLA PACE (10 minutes ride). The staff from CIVITATOURS will be waiting for you wearing yellow uniforms (t-shirts/jackets). They will indicate you the bus. Please plan to be at the designated departure location at least 15 minutes before the departure time. You can find a line to take the free shuttle from your cruise, please consider this.

• Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
• Public transportation options are available nearby
• Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
• Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
• Suitable for all physical fitness levels
• Children must be accompanied by an adult
• At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time
• Dress code is smart casual
• A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements
• May be operated by a multi-lingual assistant
• Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
• The pick up/drop off in Rome will be in front of the Palace of Justice in Rome
• The service includes only the transportation to Rome and back to the port, you will have free time to explore Rome
