• Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
• Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
• Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
• A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
• Recommended Attire: Long sleeve shirts, Long pants, walking shoes, hat, and good sun protection, keep to earth colors like green brown or black and avoid bright colors like red, yellow, and white.
