• All participants must carry a valid passport on the day of travel. A valid Schengen visa is mandatory to participate in this tour. Travelers without the required documents will not be permitted to join the tour, and no refund will be provided.
• Ferry services between Turkey and Greece may be canceled due to operational or governmental decisions. In such cases, guests will be informed and a full refund will be issued.
• Some hotels in Marmaris are located in areas that are difficult to access by vehicle. In such cases, guests will be directed to the nearest available pick-up point.
• The tour start time refers to the official departure time. Pick-up or meeting time may be earlier depending on hotel location and will be confirmed after booking.
• All participants must provide their full name, passport number, passport expiry date, and country of issue at the time of booking.
• If the Port Tax is selected as excluded during the reservation, it must be paid in cash at the harbour on the day of the tour. Credit cards are not accepted.
