Whisky Distillery Tour with Whisky Tasting & Cheese Platter

A guided tour of an award winning whisky distillery. This experience includes guided tasting of four single malt whiskies, the unique experience of comparing exactly what goes into the barrel and what comes out side by side. samling some local cheese including a rind whisky wash cheese! You will be invited to the still platfrom to get up close to the still, peer inside and savour the smells! Run by the distiller and onwers themselves enables you to have access to a font of knowledge whiskt enjoying a fun history and story of not only Chiefs Son but of whisky itself. You also get to use a thief to steal(!) some cask strength whisky from a barrel and as long as you dont spill any - you can fill a 100ml bottle to take away.
