This Palermo cooking class combines classic pizza making with a local Sicilian specialty: sfincione, Palermo’s traditional thick pizza and street food icon. Prepare pizza dough, stretch it, add tomato sauce, mozzarella and toppings, then bake your own handmade pizza with chef guidance. During the class, learn how Italian pizza differs from Sicilian sfincione and discover the ingredients, texture and traditions behind authentic Italian gelato. After cooking, sit down and enjoy your handmade pizza and gelato with wine and Marsala wine for adults or soft drinks for children.
