If you don't want to see a ham factory, I also suggest a Lambrusco winery. Our companies are small and family-run and you can speak with the owners. It will be fun! There will be plenty of tastings! You are going to real factories. We can start at any time, even in the afternoon, if the morning is not possible for you.
