We reserve the right to refuse to rent to anyone when our staff feels that the prospective renter is unable to safely operate our vessels or understand the terms of the rental agreement. *It is important that the tenant has a charged mobile phone with him in case of emergency. *We are not responsible for loss or damage to the customer’s property during the rental. *Boat operators must not consume prohibited substances or alcohol during the rental period, as well as transport prohibited substances or persons not declared in the charter. *No one other than the master charterer is allowed to operate the vessel. *The maximum distance from the coast must not exceed 3 nautical miles. *It is not allowed to approach swimmers or crowded beaches (at least 50 meters from the nearest swimmer). *Watch out for the propeller! A propeller in operation can cause fatal injury to a bather. We take care that the propeller does not hit the bottom, rocks or ropes/buoys as in addition to material damage it can make the boat unruly and dangerous. *Monitor your fuel level so you always have enough for the turn.
