As we journey along California's rugged coastline and tree-lined trails, we'll stop to take in the breathtaking scenery and snap a few selfies and group photos. • Please Note: This tour includes biking on city streets alongside vehicle traffic, including stretches with and without designated bike lanes. During the summer and on weekends, traffic can be heavier, especially along the frontage road between Shell Beach and Avila Beach. Riders should be comfortable sharing the road and making turns across traffic when needed.
• Electric bikes are heavier and faster than traditional pedal bikes, so good balance and basic bike-handling skills are essential for a safe and enjoyable experience.
