• Talk to us so that we can arrange your schedule. Some activities are subject to availability. If your selected date or time is not available, we will contact you by whatsapp to propose an alternate date or time.
• Slots for activities will be confirmed nearer the date.
• Pickup transfer is included when specified in the purchase.
• Closed Shoes compulsory. This will allow you to go for other activities if you wish to.
• Outside food not allowed in the park, except for baby/infant food.
• Be advised that some activities require a minimum age to participate. This is specified near the activity name.
• A basic knowledge of spoken and understanding of English and French is required to participate in feline activities.
• Please allow 45mins to 1 hour between each activity, if purchasing several activities.
• Where applicable, admission ticket to be purchased separately to have access to the park.
• Tulawaka: Not accessible to expectant mothers or guests with disabilities. The African Safari Truck Tour is not recommended for expectant mothers due to the bumpy route. Participation is at their own risk.
• Camel Ride: Not recommended for expectant mother and people with disabilities. Not recommended for individuals prone to dizziness or vertigo.
• Giraffe Experience: This activity is not operational on Tuesday and Thursday.
• Safari Eco Rider: Not recommended for expectant mother and people with limited mobility. To be physically fit.
• Quad Eco Rider: Not recommended for expectant mother and people with limited mobility. To be physically fit.
• Signature Safari Experience: Not recommended for expectant mother and people with limited mobility. To be physically fit. Height more than 1m35, Passenger 5-10y, Driver 16y and above
• Giraffe Experience is not available on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
