The original hang gliding experience over Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Operated by, WXC World Champion, National Champion, National team member and multi Record holder Konrad Heilmann and his team of friendly, safe and fully certified instructors. The unique experience of flying a Hang Glider, launching of the Tijuca Forest National Park, surrounded by tropical Atlantic Forest, unique views of the Atlantic ocean and many landmarks of Rio such as Rocinha, Sugar Loaf, Christ the Redeemer and more, finishing with a smooth landing on the white sands of beautiful São Conrado beach.

  • If you plan taking the 360° camera option, it's recommended to install the "insta 360" app from the App store/Play Store before you come, this will help expediting imagery transfer times after your flight.
  • Pictures and videos are usually downloaded to your phone so please make sure to have at least 3GB available for the standard imagery and another 7GB if you're planning on taking the 360° camera option.
  • This activity is weather dependent so delays or cancelations may occur influenced by wind and weather, we always recommend you to contact us before you head over for the latest weather updates.
  • As on any aeronautical activity weight is a decisive factor. By booking this activity please be advised that people over 90kg (about 200lb) can be directed to Paragliding if safety concerns caused by atmospheric conditions demand so. This should be considered a reference since height/weight ratio and other physical factors about the participants capacity of safely performing his role during the activity can also affect such decision.
