At Muckross Head you'll gaze across the Donegal Bay towards the iconic Benbulben mountain in County Sligo, where our nation's greatest poet W. B. Yeats rests in peace. I will take you high up Bunglas, to view the spectacular Sliabh Liag (Slieve League) sea cliffs and allow for a short hike towards the top for what will leave you breathless in more ways than one. Afterwards, we'll step back in time with a visit to Glencolmcille Folk Village and learn about how life was a century or two before.
