We are the only operator in the area offering guided tours in heavy duty, expedition Zodiacs. These popular, inflatable boats are identical to the ones you would find on expedition ships around the world. We operate them as polar photographers and expedition guides in Canada’s sub-arctic and Antarctica! So what will we see? It is common to see numerous seals, osprey, great blue herons, mink, and deer (among other fauna) as we Explore the South Shore. We’ll also talk about flora, fauna and geology as we cruise Tanner’s Pass, Schooner Cove, Heckman’s Island and the Back Passage to Lunenburg. It truly is one of the prettiest parts of Nova Scotia!
