• Adult pricing applies to all passengers over 2 years 1 day on the date of travel for fast track.
• Infant aged under 2 years old requires original birth certificate or Passport
• Infant/Child Seats available but cannot be guaranteed (especially for last minute bookings)
• All passengers 2 and over must pay fast track in advance. if there are extra passengers arrive and not accounted for, this will be cancelled with no refund.
• For the question at checkout "Where would you like to be dropped off" please enter "Exit" or "Your Hotel Name" if you booked a airport transfer
• For departure fast track, you can enter you details under "Arrival flight and time", as the reservations team will see this and reconfirm with you
• Flight Delays - If your flight is delayed, there’s no need to notify us. Our airport guide will be informed, as we actively monitor flight schedules.
• Flight Changes - If your flight number changes, kindly notify us at least 4 hours before your originally scheduled arrival so we can update the details accordingly.
