The recipes will be seasonal and you will only use fresh ingredients. At the market Teresa will explain curiosities about food, basic recipes and you can taste small portions of local food. Cook & Enjoy (from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.) : Prepare a seasonal family-style lunch (meat, fish or vegetarian), using the ingredients selected at the market. The menu will be customized if you have your own needs. At Teresa's Villa you will also discover Sicilian hospitality. If there are foods you don't love IT's necessary to communicate them when you book.
