Andean Horseback Ride: Scenic Trails & Wine Picnic

Our horseback riding experience goes beyond a typical ride. This private experience is designed to be relaxed, safe, and accessible, with calm, well-trained horses suitable for all experience levels. We work with a local family of arrieros who have over 35 years of experience caring for horses in the Andes. Each horse is known individually, receives regular veterinary care, and participates in only one ride per day, allowing proper rest and recovery. Ride through the foothills of the Andes with local guides who share their knowledge of the land, the animals, and rural Chilean life. We focus on creating a personal and welcoming atmosphere, where many travelers feel it’s less like a tour and more like spending time outdoors with people who genuinely enjoy what they do. The experience finishes with a scenic picnic in nature, offering a moment to relax, connect, and enjoy the landscape at a slower pace.
