Seward: Helicopter Glacier Dogsled Tour with 2 Landings

Drive your own sled-dog team with an Iditarod team of mushers, handlers and dogs on real snow in the middle of summer surrounded by amazing scenery. You can stand on the runners and mush a dog team or just sit on the sled and the mushers run the team. After your dogsled tour meet the canine athletes, and take pictures with your favorite dogs. After the mushing experience the helicopter whisks you off to a remote shoreline landing to view stunning glaciers and icebergs.

• Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap

• Wheelchair accessible
• Suitable for all physical fitness levels
• We never guarantee the type of helicopter you will be flying in unless a private helicopter option is purchased. Parties with multiple separate bookings, or parties over 2 passengers may be in 2 helicopters, but will always be together for the tour.
• Check-in is 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. If you arrive late, your tour may be shortened or cancelled with no refund.
• Operates in all safe weather conditions, please dress appropriately
• NOT PERMITTED: Drones, smoking items (vapes/lighters/e-cigs), firearms, bags/backpacks/loose straps, lithium batteries.
• DEPARTS FROM SEWARD ALASKA - Please be sure to check you are booking for the correct location
• Comfort surcharge applied for anyone over 250lbs. This allows us to ration seating for safety and comfort
• Complimentary Seward area van transfers to departure location can be added by emailing or calling operator directly
• Total Tour Time: 2 hours - includes 1 hour with the dogsled team (approx 25 min on sled), 40 minutes round trip flight seeing, and approx 30 minutes at additional landing
• DRESS FOR ALL WEATHER - Dog camp is at a high elevation and weather may be cold and wet. Layers with an outer waterproof shell is recommended.
