• Admission is at voucher holder's own risk.
• No claims will be entertained for any lost, torn, defaced or expired voucher.
• Please ensure that your coach drivers avoid using Coach Bay 3 and 5 at Mandai Wildlife East (Singapore Zoo, Night Safari side), as these are reserved for Mandai City Express and Mandai Khatib Shuttle (MKS) services. To prevent congestion, kindly use other available bays for drop-offs and parking.
• A 5 SGD surcharge applies to all taxis leaving Mandai Wildlife Reserve between 1:00PM and 11:59PM daily to ensure more taxis are available during peak hours.
• Open daily from 9:00AM – 6:00PM. Last entry at 5:00PM. Recommended arrival at least 30 minutes before entry.
• Duration is approximately 2–4 hours, depending on pace and activities.
