Arrival / Departure Private Transfer Heathrow Airport to Southampton Cruise Port

Travel in a chauffeur driven private vehicle to and from Heathrow Airport to Southampton cruise port. Meet and greet service is provided inside the arrival hall with your name board.  You can arrange this transfer from Hotels within 3 miles radius to Heathrow Airport or Southampton cruise port. We monitor your flights for landing time and dispatch drivers according to landing time at Heathrow Airport. We do not charge for flight delays. You can request a Southampton Cruise port pickup for the time given on the Cruise itinerary.  Price given here is for a vehicle not per person. Airport pickup / drop off charges included in the price. There are no hidden charges.

Know Before You Go

• Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
• Service animals allowed
• Specialized infant seats are available
• Suitable for all physical fitness levels
• Adult pricing applies to all passengers.
• Infant seats are available on request if advised at time of booking.
• Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
• Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
• Passengers can request their own pickup time after 60,75,90 and 120 minutes after flight landed time to avoid waiting charges. If we did not recive special instructions in advance, a driver will be dispatched after 60 minutes from flight landed time.
• Waiting charges: 30 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time at the Airport. Thereafter £10.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes. Cruise port / Hotel / Accommodation pick up : 15 minutes free waiting time available. Waiting charges, last minutes vehicle upgrade charges or Christmas day, Boxing day, New years day 50% surcharge is payable to driver as a cash payment.
• If passengers need more time to get through immigration checks, They must contact us within 40 minutes of joining the line in order of us to keep driver waiting.
• Heathrow Airport meeting point : T2, T3 - In front of Whsmith shop, T4,T5 - In front of Costa cafe
• Cruise Port meeting point : Out side the arrival hall at passenger drop off/pickup point
• Hotel near Airport or Cruise port pickup / drop off available.
