• All tours depart promptly at scheduled times
• PARKING IS NOT INCLUDED. Paid parking is available at the First United Methodist Church across King Street. Be sure to give yourself enough time to park and check in
• Passengers must be 3 years of age or older
• PLEASE NOTE : Any animal weighing more than 15 lbs must have a separately purchased seat.
• The tour is a 45 minute non-stop ride passing by all the attractions in the itinerary.
• IMPORTANT NOTE : Safety is our priority and we strive to provide an inclusive, family-friendly experience. Intoxication, alcoholic beverages and vaping are prohibited, as are obscene language and gestures, and disturbances that interrupt the tour or distract the driver. Such disruptions are grounds for immediate removal from the tour.
• Guests must check in at least 15 minutes before the scheduled tour time to ensure a smooth departure.
• All passengers must wear safety belts at all times.
• This experience operates in most weather conditions. If we cancel due to unsafe weather (such as lightning, severe storms, or flooding), you will receive a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel the tour due to any conditions which would jeopardize our guests, guides or equipment.
