• No Storage for Prams or wheelchairs
• Meeting points: No changes can be made on the day of travel. Please arrive at your confirmed meeting point, as different buses are assigned to different locations. Changes to meeting points are not permitted within 24 hours of your travel date.
• Dress code: By request, no singlets or flip-flops are permitted.
• Late arrival: if you don’t check in on time, you may miss the tour and no refunds will be issued. Please arrive at your confirmed meeting point 5 minutes early.
• Australian Animal Experience: Admission varies between Featherdale and Sydney Zoo. If you have selected the All Inclusive Option, please advise your preferred option at least 24 hours prior to travel date. Late requests cannot be accommodated.
