- For Shared Tour Option: Hotel pickup or drop-off is available only within Cebu City, Mactan Island and Lapu-lapu area
- For Private Tour Option: Hotel pickup or drop-off is available for all hotels within Cebu City, Mactan Island, Lapu-lapu, Moalboal and Oslob area
- For the shared tour, we’ll pick you up at your hotel lobby between 2:00–3:00 AM. We’ll email your driver and pickup details the day before your tour.
- Estimated return back to your hotel is around 5:00 - 7:00 PM depending on the traffic situations
- Bring swimwear, a towel, a change of clothes, and comfortable slippers/shoes for water activities
- Please be informed that due to this peak season, there is an average waiting time for the whale shark swimming for 2-3 hours
- A refund will be provided if the tour is cancelled due to bad weather.
