• Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
• Public transportation options are available nearby
• Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap

• Please state any specific dietary requirements when you booked the tour with lunch.

• Free Wi-Fi service on the bus
• Itinerary order is subject to change depending on traffic, weather or any operational reasons.
• If any of the visiting places is closed, we will try to attend an alternative place.
• The lunch/restaurant may change due to operational reasons.
• The restaurant is Japanese-style, so there are tatami mats. You will need to take off your shoes and sit on the floor.
• Please let us know your booking numbers and total number of people before the tour if you have several bookings or if you have booked separately.
• Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to following alternative places or giving out a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes. • If you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.
• Please handle the loading and unloading of your luggage from the trunk yourself. (Including wheelchairs, strollers etc..)
• We do not supply any extra drop-off service
• During the Cherry Blossom seasons, we kindly ask that you walk approximately 30 minutes from the bus stop to the observation deck near the pagoda area.
• For guests joining the tour from Lake Kawaguchi: As the tour bus will be coming from Tokyo, it may be delayed due to traffic. Please make sure you are reachable by phone on the day of the tour in case we need to contact you regarding any delays.
