Farm-to-table Food Experience

The best way to experience Calabria is to slow down. Departing from Tropea, we will head to the countryside to appreciate an authentic gastronomic and cultural experience. It will start with an educational tour of the local farm, getting close to nature and animals Walking through the countryside and the veggies garden, we’ll learn about various aspects of botany, horticulture, and harvesting methods. We will familiarize ourselves with the milk and dairy production process of Pecorino del Monte Poro and Ricotta. During a traditional pasta-making class, we’ll discover the secrets and tips to make our own pasta meal. After the "hard job", we will enjoy a genuine dinner in a beautiful bucolic atmosphere, embracing the healthy benefits of the Mediterranean lifestyle.
