• The Swarovski tours run Monday to Saturday at 10:30 and 17:00 in English, departing from the Swarovski Kristallwelten Store Wien, Kärntner Straße 24, 1010 Vienna, approximately a 5-minute walk from Stop #1 on the Red and Blue Lines. No advance booking is required, and customers can collect their gift without joining the tour.
