It focuses on airport arrival assistance, immigration guidance, baggage claim direction, and support to the arrival area.

• Infant age of 0-1 years old is charge as an adult.
• Limit of 2 luggages per passenger for porter service. The over number of luggage (size over than 56x36x23 cm) is charged at THB 100 per luggage.
• The passenger who need to apply for Visa on Arrival and Report of Yellow Fever with Health Control will need to pay extra for addtional service 500Bht per person if we found that you have to apply this service and cannot collect the payment then this will be failure of the service with no refund
• If no flight information given to us at least 24 hours before arrival -no refund will be made.
• Please note that our services are tailored to the number of bookings made in advance. If you arrive with a party exceeding the booked number, our services will be automatically canceled without further accommodation and no refund will be made.
• The passport holder of Myanmar, Laos and Cambodia is not permitted to use this service. If you booked please note that no refund will be made
• This service must be booked at least 24 hours before the actual scheduled flight time.
• The flight number, date, and time must match the real flight. Selecting a later service time to pass the booking cut-off is not permitted.
• Changes are valid only after written confirmation from our team. Incorrect or unconfirmed flight details may result in no service and no refund.
• Additional service charge of THB 1000 per dog, excluding tax
• Chinese passport holders are required to provide a copy of their passport, return flight ticket, and hotel confirmation.
• Bookings made with an incorrect or later service time to bypass the 24-hour cut-off will be considered invalid
• The activity provider reserves the right to reject any booking containing incorrect, incomplete, or misleading flight details
• The 24-hour booking cut-off is calculated from the actual scheduled flight time, not the time selected during booking
