Led by Danijel Galjot, a skilled sommelier and storyteller, each tasting is more than sipping wine—it’s a journey through Slovenia’s diverse terroirs, rare grapes, and deep traditions. What makes us unique is our focus on Slovenian wines only—including many indigenous varieties rarely found elsewhere.
