• Children (age 12-17) must be accompanied by an adult

• Dress code is for an outdoor activity. Please wear close-toed shoes and layers depending on the season. Ponchos will be provided if it rains.
• Tours and training are conducted in English
• Participants must be able to stand unassisted for the duration of the tour and must be able to ascend a flight of stairs without assistance.
• Operates in all weather conditions. Please dress appropriately.
• All participants are required to sign a waiver and release form.
• Groups larger than 8 will either be split up or need to be booked as a private tour.
• This tour requires at least two guests in order to begin. Single riders should call or text for availability.
• This tour will take a 10 minute break to watch fireworks from Navy Pier on Wed & Saturday night's for the 8:15 & 8:30 time slots.
• We may need to alter the route at times due to Festivals, Construction, and other events.
• Guests who are pregnant are not allowed to participate.
