Camel Ride at Sunset & Overnight Stay in a Sahara Camp

Leave the noise of Douz behind and let a camel carry you into the silence of the Sahara, just as generations of nomads have done before you. In the late afternoon, mount your camel for a 2 hour sunset trek across the dunes, arriving at a private, traditional camp just as the sky turns gold. Watch locals bake bread the traditional way, buried in hot sand, then share a multi course Berber dinner around an open campfire. As night deepens, live folklore music carries you into a sky free of city light, just stars all the way to the horizon. Sleep in an authentic tent among the dunes. At dawn, climb back onto your camel for a second 2 hour trek, watching the Sahara wake up in the sunrise light before heading back to Douz.
