IF YOUR GROUP IS ALL AGES 8 AND ABOVE (EVEN IF YOUR GROUP HAS NEVER BEEN RAFTING BEFORE) WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND CALLING. YOU NEED TO BE HERE A HALF HOUR BEFORE YOUR TRIP TO CHECK IN AND ALLOW AN HOUR COMING FROM THE SMOKY MOUNTAIN AREA
